Dylan Clark home inspector

Dylan Clark CPI NACHI#20090417

Welcome. I truly appreciate you taking the time to learn more about my qualifications as your home inspector.  I started this company with the intent to provide high quality inspections with extraordinary value. My educational journey started at a young age. I started working summers with my family's construction company at the age of 15. During my time in High school I chose to study construction technology at the Hazleton Area Career Center where I continued to expand my knowledge of houses and how they go together. In my senior year I enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a unit supply specialist. Where I assist in maintaining unit readiness and equipment maintenance. In 2020 I was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq to assist in logistics procedures during the onset of the pandemic. During my deployment I decided to use my knowledge of homes and their many complex systems to become a home inspector to help inform homebuyers in their home buying journey.  I started my educational journey to become a home inspector by enrolling in the home inspector course offered by the ICA  school out of Chicago, IL. This course offered a ton of vital information to be able to provide top notch home inspection reports that adequately inform my clients. After successfully completing my first round of home inspector training I joined the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I strive to exceed the InterNACHI yearly continuing education requirements. The more knowledge that I can attain, the better equipped  I am able to inform my clients and answer any questions that may arise during an inspection.
